  1. PA System: Mackie CF16 MKll mixer, Peavy CS800 4 Channel Amplifier, EAW 200 Loudspeakers, if soundsystem person needed: $25/hour

Other

  1. Coffee brewer/airpot system available
  2. Catered functions or beer/wine/bar acceptable
  3. Cleanup billed at $25/hour
  4. Non-profit organizations – 20% discount off standard rental rates

Standard Rental Rates:

Daytime Rate $75/hour (2 hour minimum)
Weddings $400 per day or per evening
Concerts Greater of $400 or 15% of gross ticket sales
Cleaning $100 deposit is refundable
Maintenance $25/hour if needed (based on event)
